This workshop is intended to guide you to accessing the innate spiritual wisdom that lives within you. Shamanism might be the oldest spiritual practice in the world, the shamans thought that the truth you seek is inside of you. Shamanic journeying is a practice by which we connect to the world within to access personal spiritual guidance and healing. This workshop is intented to introduce you to the practice of Shamanic journeying, you will be guided to use this powerful technique to meet : 1. Your power animals : Meeting and retrieving spirit animals who are intended to guide and protect you on this part of your spiritual journey, whose characteristics resonate with the powers you need to recognize most and embody on your journey. 2- Your spirit guides : your guides and protectors offering their wisdom to help guide your path. 3- Your guardian : A compassionate and helping spirit whose purpose is to watch-over and guide your steps into spiritual healing and growth.
