Time: Saturday 3:30 - 4:30 PM

Awaken your body & mind in this dynamic workshop, where you will move to warm up all the muscles of your body, engage in some core work to build strength and then prepare your body & mind to fly with some handstand play. Be ready for some partnerwork and lots of hangtime. Basic knowledge about handstand alignment & technique will be included. All levels welcomed.
